Our meals are super healthy and inspired in the colorful Indian cuisine. We offer cereals of every kind, milk and its by-products (such as cheese and yoghurt), all kinds of legumes, fruits and vegetables. We follow a lacto-vegetarian diet excluding all kinds of meat and eggs. The meal time is a happy time and we always give grace before eating. Our kitchen crew is very serene and prepares each meal with lots of affection. We use food as a source of potency and balance.
Indian culinary is so important and diversified as its civilization. It is an art that has been cultivated for many generations. It has regional variations, but in all of them are present the superb taste, smell, colour and texture in amazing vegetarian dishes.
