Guru in Índia is a spiritual master who gives directions on how people should conduct their lifes. It is a figure of great importance in indian society. Following this tradition, the Krishna Shakti Ashram was also born through the precepts of two Gurus, Srila Bhakti Rakshaka Sridhar Dev-Goswami Maharaj (1895-1988) and his successor Srila Bhakti Sundar Govinda Dev-Goswami Maharaj, who have instructed us in every step of our path and are always illuminating new endeavours.
