Quirology is the study of the lines of the hand, a science of self-knowledge originary of India, where it is practiced by the Brahmanas (the high sacerdotal caste) and has no relation with quiromancy – the art of the gypsies. It is broadly utilized to orientate people’s lives and to help them to make decisions based in observations and studies held for thousands of years. At the Ashram, the palm reading is personaly done by Regina Shakti, considered to be one of the main specialists on the subject in Brazil. She has applied this study to several presidents and personalities from the business world. Many famous people had their hands read by Regina Shakti, among them there are Xuxa, Nuno Legal Maia, Cássia Kiss, Hebe Camargo, Jô Soares, Silvio Santos, Eliana, Carolina Ferraz, Marlene Mattos, Betty Faria, Gilberto Gil, Rita Lee, and many others.
After a brief interview, it is elaborated a study of the hand lines and curves. From that, Regina Shakti observes the differences between the two hands, reaching the comprehension and solution to emotional and health problems and also identifying individual potencials that may not be noticed or developed. Observing these hand aspects and locating our weaknesses, a strengthening Yoga program can be arranged.
